9. Exploiting mechanics
While we want you to explore the depths of gameplay, we also expect you to refrain from exploiting any mechanics for unfair advantage. Exploiting game mechanics disrupts the balance and enjoyment for others, and as such, we have established guidelines to ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for all players.
9.1 Responsible Gameplay
We expect our players to engage with game mechanics in a responsible and ethical manner. This includes playing within the intended boundaries of the game, not manipulating mechanics to gain an unfair advantage, and respecting the overall gaming experience for everyone.
9.2 Reporting Exploits
If you come across any potential exploits or mechanics that seem to provide an unintended advantage, we encourage you to report them to our administration team. You can do this by sending a direct message (DM) or an in-game (IG) message to us. We highly appreciate your vigilance in helping maintain a balanced and enjoyable game environment.
9.3 Premium Mechanics and Exploits
Even premium functions and mechanics are not exempt from responsible gameplay. If you discover any exploit within premium features, please report it to us immediately. We reserve the right to address such issues promptly to ensure the integrity of the game and to maintain fairness for all players.
9.4 Prompt Correction of Exploits
In the event that an exploit is discovered within a premium function or mechanic, our administration team retains the right to take immediate action to rectify the situation. This may involve fixing the mechanic, temporarily disabling it, or making necessary adjustments to restore balance.

11. User-generated content
In our games, we highly value and encourage the creativity of our players, and we allow you to create and contribute User Generated Content (UGC) to enhance your gameplay experience. However, it's important to understand the limitations regarding the usage of such content.
11.1. Usage Within Our Games
Your UGC can be used within the confines of our games to enrich your and others' in-game experiences. This includes Role Play posts, levels, characters, designs, and other content you generate while playing.
11.2. Exclusivity Within Our Games
By sharing your UGC with us, you grant us the right to use, modify, adapt, and incorporate your content exclusively within our games. This license is limited to our games and does not extend to any other software, applications, or platforms.
12. Use of Multiple Accounts (Multies)
CMA places a strong emphasis on fair and ethical gameplay, fostering an environment where all players have an equal and enjoyable experience. The use of multiple accounts, commonly referred to as "multies," is strictly prohibited within the Game. This chapter outlines the Game's stance on multies and the consequences associated with their use.
12.1. Definition of Multies
A "multi" refers to the practice of a single player operating more than one account simultaneously or sequentially within the Game. This includes the use of multiple accounts for personal gain, unfair advantages, or to manipulate gameplay mechanics.
12.2. Prohibited Activities
The use of multies for any of the following activities is strictly prohibited:
-
Gaining an unfair advantage, including but not limited to resource accumulation, item acquisition, or in-game currency accumulation.
-
Disrupting the in-game economy by creating artificial transactions between accounts.
-
Manipulating the outcome of in-game events, battles, or diplomacy by coordinating actions between multiple accounts.
- Circumventing any in-game limitations, restrictions, or penalties.
12.3. Detection and Action
Our dedicated team employs tools and techniques to detect instances of multies. When a player is found to be using multiple accounts in violation of our policies, appropriate actions will be taken. These actions may include, but are not limited to:
- Temporary or permanent suspension of offending accounts.
- Removal of acquired resources, items, or in-game currency.
- Loss of progress, levels, or achievements.
- Adjustment of game balance or in-game economy to address any unfair advantage gained.
13. Payments
Upon purchase of a special item or status, the Administration's responsibility will terminate. If the player violates the rules, their account will be suspended or terminated without any refund. In the event of a character death, bonuses will be forfeited without any refund.
