Suggestions Process Change

Hello, we release some changes about the Suggestion Process:

1) Minimum Quorum for Community Suggestions: A minimum quorum of 40% (adjustable by administration) is now required for community suggestion votes to be valid. The quorum is calculated as the sum of the global scores of characters who voted divided by the total character global score. This quorum may fluctuate daily due to daily ranking updates but is finalized and recorded at the end of the voting period. For the suggestion previously added, the quorum is 0.

2) Submitting suggestions will costs only 1 gold coin, but there's a one-week cooldown period after each submission.

3) New Engagement Ranking: This ranking tracks character engagement based (for now) on voting and sponsoring community suggestions. It contributes to both character and kingdom global scores.

Note that only in-game suggestions will be considered/reviewed by the Administration. Administration will then determine the price for implementing the suggestion. The cost of the suggestion might be sponsired by the Administration if it is considered highly beneficial to the game.
