Dear Players,
We have just installed a patch that differentiates residency from citizenship. This patch should be completely transparent, but if you encounter any errors, please message IG Chronicles or open a bug on the Discord Chat.
The practical effect is that if the Horde, or another kingdom in the future, conquers the City where you reside, you will retain your citizenship and will not become a citizen of the new kingdom. You will still be able to travel back to your kingdom, but you will be affected by diplomacy relationships between your Kingdom and the Kingdom that conquered the node.
