Release "Changes to Merchant Skill"

Following suggestion https://discord.com/channels/1035490893995724810/1234185732923592734 from Kol Sigurdsson, Merchant skills will be changed as follows:
Changes to Merchant I skill
- Change Trading Range up to 36 hrs (from 24hrs)
- Can send up to 12 goods (from 10)
- 35 extra slot on markets (from 30)
Changes to Merchant II skill
- Merchant II - Skill adds another +20 to hours range from trading post being used (this is combined with the 12hrs from Merchant I making it a total of 32hrs added.)
- Trading Range up to 56 hrs (from 48hrs)
- Can send up to 17 goods (from 15)
- 40 extra slot on markets (from 35)
