Due to a bug in our system, some players have registered with names containing non-European characters, such as "Александр Ягодкин" or "Édouard." This has inadvertently caused difficulties for other players in searching for and interacting with these characters within the game.

To ensure a smoother gameplay experience for everyone, we kindly request that players who have registered with non-European characters to please contact us via in-game message to Chronicles or by posting on the Help Desk channel on Discord. By doing so, we can facilitate a name change for affected players to versions that utilize European characters, ensuring easier communication and interaction within the game world.
