Dear Players,

We will implementing in the next release some changes to streamline the Community Development Mode and encourage more active participation:

==New Default Quorum==
The default quorum for all future suggestions will be reduced to 25%. The goal is to make it easier for suggestions to pass, requiring players who disagree with a proposal to explicitly vote "No."

==Reduced Voting Times==
We will also reduce the duration of the voting periods to help expedite and streamline the entire process.

==Content Finalization Policy==
Please do not change the text once of a suggestion after voting has started. Administration will implement what has been published IG.

==Clarification on "Bread and Suggestion" Vote==
The "Bread and Suggestion" vote mistakenly used the previous 40% default quorum. Due to this error and the fact that the suggestion's content was changed during the vote, we kindly ask the creator to resubmit the proposal once the current voting period ends, should it fail to meet the 40% quorum.

If the suggestion will reach the quorum and will rate over 60%, the Administration will implement what has been published IG.
